Anglers Avenue Marine Center moves forward with “Clean Marina ” status.
Anglers Avenue Marine Center is very close to becoming a clean marina. We have taken major steps to accomplish this. AAMC’S docks and shipyard is all powered by solar. We have the ability not to charge electric to any of our wet slip renters. The pilings are made out of fiberglass constructed by Pearson Pilings. The pilings do not rot and will last a life time. They are considered very eco-friendly. The docks are made out of composite wood and are fully recycleable. The pressure wash station where boats are hauled out is equipped with Maze System. All the water goes into a designated drain and recycled. No containments (paint chips) go into the water.
Anglers Avenue Marine Center is constructing a new warehouse with 5 bays for sub-contractors to rent. This building will also be 100% solar powered.

It is crucial for boat owners to have a hurricane plan in place. We recommend moving your boat at least 48 hours prior to the predicted landfall of the hurricane. Anglers Avenue Marine Center welcomes the Miami Beach International Boat Show.
With the boat show less than a month away AAMC encourages northern manufactures traveling south to do their “get ready’s” closer to Miami. In my past experiences as a Captain it is very difficult to get anything done once you are docked at the boat show. It can be very challenging to get subcontractors and or parts delivered to your dock at the show.
Anglers Avenue Marine Center offers a solution. The marina is a “Do it Yourself” yard as well as a full service yard. AAMC has wet slips available. We promote manufactures to do everything here to get ready for the show. We have a full ship store and access to all vendors to get anything you need. AAMC offers reasonable dockage, so come down early and get everything finished before you go down to the show.
The marina is located off Dania Beach cut off canal. It is less than a 2 hour ride on the ICW down to Miami Beach Show.

Anglers Avenue Marine Centers new docks on the east side of the basin are all but done and are available for dockage. Here at AAMC we went that extra mile and installed a fence along the new docks to seperate the docks from the work yard. We were concerned of the dust and debris from the work yard flowing onto the docks. The fence screen gives the marina an extra clean look. The east side docks are also 100% solar powered.

long term dry storage.
